Job summary

Indodana is seeking a proactive Sales Promoter to drive area targets in Indonesia. You will visit merchants daily, foster strong relations with store PICs, and ensure program targets are met. You will place POP promotions in stores and coordinate with partner teams on sales data and field issues.

You will oversee 15–20 Promoters, monitor their daily activities, and conduct regular training to uplift performance. Shifts and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in sales or related field.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills, including social media savvy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visits to merchants and building good relationships with store PICs.
• Ensure programs and sales targets in the area are met.
• Ensure placement of POP materials promotions in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams for sales data, competitors, and field issues.
• Handle 15–20 Sales Promoters.

• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for Promoters.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): have strong Leadership and able to manage Team and Area have good communication skill and marketing skill with media social
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel
• Able to work shifting
