PT Dwi Cermat Indonesia is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive targets in Palembang. The role involves daily merchant visits, maintaining strong relationships with store PICs, and coordinating with partners to monitor sales performance and market conditions.

You will oversee 15-20 Sales Promoters, monitor daily promoter activities, and conduct training to boost field performance. Proactive leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales or related field.
• Strong leadership, team management and communication skills; marketing with social media.
• Preferably staff (non-management) in sales/financial services or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Placement: Palembang.
