Job summary

Chery Indonesia, overseeing LEPAS Indonesia, seeks a seasoned Sales Operations professional to manage wholesale workflows, dashboards, and governance. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate incentive payouts and compliant documentation while driving data-driven decision making.

The role requires advanced Excel/Sheets skills, strong organizational ability, and fluent Indonesian and English. Mandarin knowledge is a plus; position is based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales operations, sales administration, or related roles in automotive industry.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).
• Ability to prepare formal corporate documents, policies, and official correspondence.
• Highly organized with strong data management and incentive payout calculations.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end wholesale process: unit allocation, order tracking, payment monitoring, delivery or defect resolution.
• Develop, update, and maintain national sales dashboards for timely visibility of performance.
• Prepare and distribute monthly sales programs, incentive schemes, and policy letters.
• Recapitulate and validate data for all sales programs to ensure accurate payouts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to monitor operations and ensure smooth execution of sales programs.
