Job summary

Chery Indonesia, overseeing LEPAS Indonesia, seeks a seasoned Sales Operations professional to manage wholesale workflows, dashboards, and governance. The role requires advanced Excel/Sheets skills, strong organizational ability, and fluent Indonesian and English. Mandarin knowledge is a plus; position is based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales operations, sales administration, or related roles in automotive industry.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).
• Ability to prepare formal corporate documents, policies, and official correspondence.
• Highly organized with strong data management and incentive payout calculations.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end wholesale process: unit allocation, order tracking, payment monitoring, delivery or defect resolution.
• Develop, update, and maintain national sales dashboards for timely visibility of performance.
• Prepare and distribute monthly sales programs, incentive schemes, and policy letters.
• Recapitulate and validate data for all sales programs to ensure accurate payouts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to monitor operations and ensure smooth execution of sales programs.

Job description

Chery Group Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.

This position will be responsible for managing one of our sub-brands, LEPAS Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end wholesale (WS) process, including unit allocation, order tracking, payment monitoring, and delivery or defect resolution.
• Develop, update, and maintain national sales performance dashboards to ensure accurate and timely visibility of sales performance.
• Prepare, manage, and distribute official sales administration documents, including monthly sales programs, incentive schemes, and policy letters.
• Conduct end-to-end data recapitulation and validation for all sales programs, including regular and event-based programs, to ensure accurate and timely incentive payouts.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to monitor sales operations, resolve issues, and ensure the smooth execution of sales programs and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, commercial support, or a related role within the automotive industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data dashboard development.
• Strong ability to prepare formal corporate documents, business policies, sales programs, and official correspondence in a clear and professional manner.
• Highly meticulous and well-organized, with strong attention to detail in data management, financial tracking, and incentive payout calculations.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
