Job summary

PT Korea Tomorrow & Global TSPM is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Performance Analyst in Jakarta to collect and analyze area sales data, including productivity, brand distribution, and sales volume. You will generate timely reports and support decision making with data-driven insights.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in sales performance or data analysis, with strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales performance, sales administration, reporting, or data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data processing and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor sales performance, productivity, sales volume, and distribution metrics.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy and data management skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities
