Job summary

PT Korea Tomorrow & Global TSPM is seeking a Sales Performance Analyst to design, monitor, and improve sales performance frameworks across regions. The role focuses on KPI development, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive insights and actionable recommendations.

You will monitor pricing structures, support incentive calculations, and prepare management reports, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI essential for success.

Qualifications

• Design and monitor sales performance frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Develop clear, measurable KPIs for sales across regions.
• Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and recommend KPI adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on sales performance objectives and KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and BI tools (Excel, Word, Power BI).
• Knowledge of sales data sources and performance reporting structures.
• Understanding of territory management and route planning.

• Monitor and analyze registered outlet, store closed outlet, and sales stop on monthly basis & reporting.
• Support preparation of sales performance presentation and reporting to management.
• Monitor and analyze HO initiative implementation in AMO & DEPO.
• Conduct incidental tasks given by superiors.
