Job summary

Monee in Jakarta is seeking a data-driven Business Analytics professional to set KPI, policy, and incentive schemes for the Business Development/Sales team. You will conduct performance analyses to identify issues and improvement points, and handle administrative data tasks, including processing raw data, creating simple models, and visualizing results for management and cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in e-commerce is preferable.
• Strong executional abilities and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail and strongly meticulous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides).
• Experience with querying language such as SQL.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Tableau Prep, PowerBI, Looker).
• Strong work ethics and performance-driven.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Reliable and collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be innovative strategically and operationally.
