Job summary

Nusantics is seeking a Sales Administrator to manage end-to-end order processing, administration, and coordination with internal teams. The role involves preparing documents, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery while supporting weekend operations with a hybrid schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a business-related degree, is proficient with CRM/ERP tools, and communicates effectively with customers and colleagues. Weekend work is required with three onsite days Wednesday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or fresh graduates with internship experience considered
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms or sales administration tools is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills with customers and internal stakeholders
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Willing to work on weekends (Sat and Sun) with full-day WFH and three onsite days Wed-Fri

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer orders from order receipt to delivery, ensuring all transactions are recorded and followed up.
• Handle sales administration activities, including preparing sales documents, purchase orders, invoices, delivery documents, and other supporting records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm product availability, order status, delivery schedules, and other operational requirements.
• Prepare periodic sales and operational reports covering order status, sales transactions, delivery progress, and other administrative data.
• Support customer communication and follow-up regarding order confirmations, delivery updates, billing information, and other sales-related matters.
• Provide administrative support for weekend sales operations by ensuring that orders, customer inquiries, and operational requests on Saturdays and Sundays are handled and documented in a timely manner.
