Job summary

PT Susu Life Indonesia is seeking a warehouse associate to manage inbound and outbound operations following SOPs. The role involves inspecting goods, performing picking and packing, loading and unloading, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

You will conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth warehouse activities. The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma with 2 years’ warehouse experience, proficient Excel/Sheets skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); Diploma (D3) is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or related positions.
• Good understanding of inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Fit and willing to perform hands‑on warehouse activities.
• Able to work under targets and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with WMS is a plus.
• Mandarin speaking ability is a strong advantage.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound warehouse operations according to SOP.
• Check quantity, condition, and accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Perform picking, packing, loading, unloading, and inventory arrangement.
• Conduct regular stock opname and ensure physical stock matches system records.
• Record and report goods movement, returns, discrepancies, and damaged items.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO procedures as required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, safety, and security.
• Handle basic warehouse administration and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with related teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
