Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an IT and Sales Systems Specialist in Indonesia to support and train teams on using sales systems, while optimizing workflows across accounts. The role focuses on driving efficiency and consistency through system improvements.

You will collaborate with IT services providers, address technical issues, and contribute to sales operations such as promotion planning and reporting. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in IT and sales is required.
• Knowledge of sales processes and systems is essential.
• Facilitation skills to demonstrate use and functionality of sales systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems.
• Maintain and optimize systems for sales (customer management, tour planning, promotion planning, listing maintenance, shelf audit and reporting).
• Provide support to users with technical problems in cooperation with IT service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement of existing software and automation of new processes.
