Otsuka Indonesia is seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to drive growth through data-driven decision making. This role analyzes sales performance, builds insights, automates reporting, and offers strategic recommendations to management.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Management to enhance performance using advanced analytics and digital solutions. Leadership, automation, and continuous improvement are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Planning.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities in managing projects and teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide insights for sales strategy development.
• Develop executive dashboards and business reports for management.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts and facilitate business planning.
• Implement advanced data analytics techniques to improve sales processes and outcomes.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design and automate reporting systems using Excel VBA, Power BI, SQL, and other analytical tools.
• Drive initiatives for process automation and digital transformation within the sales organization.
• Provide training and support to team members on tools and best practices in sales analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and business processes.
