Job summary

PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Sales Administration professional to manage sales documentation, input and update customer data, and assist in preparing quotations and orders. The role requires organization, accuracy, and strong communication within the sales team and related departments.

Successful candidates will coordinate with multiple teams, monitor order status, and generate periodic sales reports while maintaining orderly records and timely task completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in sales administration or sales support is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling administrative tasks and data processing accurately.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Able to manage documentation and complete tasks within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales administration and maintain sales-related documentation.
• Input, update, and maintain sales and customer data.
• Assist in preparing quotations, sales orders, and other supporting sales documents.
• Coordinate with the Sales team and related departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Monitor customer order status and assist in following up on order fulfillment.
• Prepare periodic sales reports as required.
• Ensure sales records and documents are properly organized, accurate, and easily accessible.
