Job summary

PT. Shantui Equipment Indonesia is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to assist the Spare Parts Sales team with daily sales and administrative activities in Jakarta.

You will follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and delivery status, and maintain records of customer information, quotations, orders, and sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, strong English skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business/Admin/Marketing).
• Experience in Sales Support, Sales Admin, or Customer Service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spare Parts Sales team with daily sales and administrative tasks.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and delivery status.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, quotations, orders, and sales activities.
• Provide customers with updates on order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Support sales team to maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and follow up on issues related to orders and deliveries.
• Perform other sales support and administrative duties as assigned.
