Job summary

PT Sinar Agung Prasadikindo is seeking a Sales Administration professional to ensure accurate processing of sales orders to invoices, support the sales team, and manage tax documentation and filing. The role is based in Indonesia, with potential relocation to Cirebon.

The ideal candidate has a background in accounting or management, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail. Experience with spare parts is a plus, and the company offers base salary plus BPJS, THR, and allowances.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK - S1 in Accounting, Management, or Light Vehicle Engineering with relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and general administration.
• Knowledge of 2-wheel and 4-wheel spare parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales transactions from Sales Orders to Sales Invoices.
• Provide support to sales activities.
• Handle tax documentation administration and maintain organized filing.
