Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to manage CRM data, quotations, service orders, and contractual documentation. You will act as the central link between Sales and Finance, Operations, Customer Care, and Legal to convert opportunities into billable services.

You will safeguard data accuracy, support the deal approval cycle, and produce regular pipeline and forecast reporting for regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor level in business/IT related field or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Commercial Analysis.
• CRM experience: working with CRM platforms, data maintenance, pipeline updates, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data integrity across accounts, contacts, opportunities, pricing, and pipeline stages.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, service orders, and related documentation with version control.
• Support deal approvals by tracking pricing/discount approvals and recording terms per policy.
• Produce periodic pipeline, booking, forecast, and renewal reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate handover from signed orders to service delivery and billing, ensuring reconciliation.
