Job summary

Digital Edge DC is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support Indonesia’s commercial organization. You will ensure CRM data integrity, prepare quotations and service orders, and manage the deals through approval and handover to delivery.

You’ll coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Legal to keep records accurate and up-to-date. The role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting quality, and continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce/Odoo/HubSpot/Zoho/Dynamics) for data maintenance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data integrity for accounts, contacts, opportunities and pipeline.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, service orders and supporting documents with version control.
• Produce recurring pipeline, booking and forecast reporting for management.
