Manulife Indonesia is hiring a Lead for onboarding, activation and development of newly hired Financial Specialists (FS). You will design and oversee structured programs to boost onboarding effectiveness, productivity and retention across regions.

In this role you will manage end-to-end onboarding, lead learning and development programs such as FAST, TRACK, TURBO and OJT, and monitor key performance indicators to accelerate FS ramp-up and certification readiness.

Formación

• Onboarding and development leadership for new Financial Specialists.
• Develop and update training materials, tools and content.
• Monitor activation, productivity and learning outcomes to drive impact.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new FS.
• Drive activation and productivity in first 0–6 months.
• Monitor key KPIs such as Active Rate, Submission Rate and Issuance Rate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.
