Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or economy preferred
• Proactive with a sense of responsibility
• Strong language and communication skills
• Strong ability to observe, analyze and solve problems
• Ability to work independently and with the desire and ability to work in teams
• Hard working and able to withstand high pressure
• High political quality and moral cultivation with good conduct and loyalty to the company
• Experience in insurance, banking, and sales preferred

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality management regulations and participate in trainings and meetings
• Cooperate with bank personnel at branch offices and promote sales to meet targets
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance
• Promptly feedback and resolve issues with policy issuance from the bank
• Assist customers and bank personnel to contact Manulife Sinochem Operations
• Distribute and collect documents and assist claims and after-sales services
• Report violations or risks and propose improvements
