Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in life insurance, agency distribution, or financial services.
• Proven track record in recruitment transformation within agency channels.
• Strong leadership and change-management capabilities with cross-functional influence.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking and analytics.
• Experience in digital recruitment campaigns and scalable activation programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for organic and inorganic agency growth.
• Lead organic recruitment programs and scale internal processes with agency leaders.
• Drive inorganic channels, partnerships, and headhunting for experienced professionals.
• Oversee onboarding journeys to accelerate activation and productivity.
• Enable agency leaders with tools and governance for high-quality hiring.
