Pt Hit Corporation seeks a Sales Training & Enablement Lead to build and manage the training framework for Gadai BPKB auto-finance products in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will craft curricula, product playbooks, scripts, and onboarding programs for frontline telesales agents, while coaching performance and ensuring compliance.

You will monitor call quality, identify knowledge gaps, and drive improvements in lead conversion and productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, Telesales Coaching, Learning & Development, or related.
• Supervisory or team management experience within a call centre, telesales, telemarketing, or sales environment.
• Direct hands-on experience in multifinance, leasing, auto-finance, BPKB-backed financing, or fintech/banking lending.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and continuously improve sales training curricula, product playbooks, and onboarding programs for Gadai BPKB products.
• Develop scripts, eligibility screening materials, and customer communication frameworks.
• Translate complex auto-finance requirements into practical training materials for frontline telesales agents.
