This role drives organic and inorganic growth, scales FA Life Pro initiatives, and uses modern tools to optimize recruitment efficiency while maintaining high hiring standards across the network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in life insurance, agency distribution, or financial services.
• Proven track record in recruitment transformation for agency channels.
• Strong leadership and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for organic and inorganic growth.
• Lead organic recruitment programs and enable agency leaders.
• Drive inorganic channels including partnerships and headhunting.
• Oversee onboarding and activation journeys for new agents.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, and reporting on pipeline and activation.
