Job summary

Taman Safari Indonesia Bogor is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the Sales division's annual work plan and budget, and to craft strategies for promoting and marketing our edutainment offerings. The role focuses on developing products to meet company goals while expanding revenue across park and resort operations.

The candidate should have 5+ years in marketing, be fluent in English, and possess strong networking and leadership skills. Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree Marketing or any related major.
• 5 Years Experience in field same.
• Experienced in Edutainment, Theme Park, resorts, or 4 stars hotel is a must.
• Able to speak English.
• Ability to foster relationships with various parties (Networking).
• Can operate a computer (minimum MS Office and HR system).

Responsibilities

• Compile and monitor the Sales division's annual work plan and budget.
• Develop sales strategies for promotion and marketing to increase revenue.
• Develop marketing products to support company goals.
• Analyze recommendations for promotional programs within budget.
• Analyze market information to inform marketing strategies.
• Assess promotion results to plan the next period's strategy.
• Oversee implementation of marketing programs to ensure proper execution.
• Supervise and develop subordinates through work plans and targets.
