Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking a senior Marketing Leader to shape and execute multi-channel campaigns in Indonesia. You will lead a regional team, plan comprehensive annual to monthly marketing roadmaps, and drive lead generation initiatives aligned with growth strategy.

The role requires 8–10 years in marketing with at least 3 years in management, plus strong analytical and collaboration skills to partner with regional teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• 8-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in management.
• Strong planning, organization and multi-project management.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret information effectively.
• Experience delivering high-quality marketing solutions with measurable results.
• Experience with regional teams is preferred.
• Experience in Education industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans including multi-channel campaigns and PR.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute lead generation initiatives; advise Country Director on investments.
• Plan, schedule and execute marketing activities to support events (offline and online).
• Coordinate with regional team to maintain and update the local website; generate web leads online.
• Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategy.
• Identify and build relationships with vendors, agencies and partners to boost business.
• Utilize analytics to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Provide innovative and creative solutions for marketing requirements.
• Manage and lead a high-performing marketing team to deliver objectives.

Requirement
