Job summary

Taman Safari Indonesia is seeking an experienced Entertainment & Recreation Manager to lead the Entertainment & Recreation function within our Business Unit in Jakarta. You will set direction, standards, and priorities while building a strong, accountable team responsible for live shows, entertainment programs, attraction experiences, recreation, and guest experiences.

You will oversee show lifecycles, safety, and continuous improvement, collaborate with Technical, Engineering and Operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in entertainment, live shows, or attractions.
• Minimum 3 years of team or function leadership with people management.
• Strong practical understanding of live-show operations and safety.
• Strong strategic thinking, people leadership, and decision-making.
• Ability to establish a clear vision and translate it into executable plans.

• Develop and implement the Entertainment & Recreation vision, plans, and roadmaps.
• Ensure high standards for live shows, programs, and guest experiences.
