Job summary

Taman Safari Indonesia Bogor is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. You will ensure guest experience, service quality, cleanliness, and room readiness.

The role requires leadership to develop staff, manage budgets and reports, handle guest complaints, monitor occupancy and costs, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards; willingness to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management
• Minimum 5 years in hotel operations, with supervisory/managerial experience
• Hands-on experience in Front Office and Housekeeping/Room Attendant operations
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service and hospitality standards
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, revenue management and monitoring financial performance
• Ability to prepare and analyze budgets, revenue, occupancy and operational reports
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good understanding of revenue, room rates, occupancy and profitability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel management/PMS systems
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) and willing to work shifts
• Willing to be placed at Taman Safari Indonesia Bogor, Cisarua

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services
• Ensure guest experience, service quality, cleanliness, and room readiness
• Lead, supervise, and develop hotel staff to achieve targets
• Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues effectively
• Monitor occupancy, costs, inventory, and overall performance
