Job summary

Pullman Jakarta Indonesia is seeking a Sales Manager - Rooms to drive room revenue and occupancy through strategic sales, account management, and business development. You will focus on corporate, government, travel trade, and MICE segments to maximize revenue and strengthen market position.

The role requires building strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, TMCs, DMCs, and MICE clients, ideally within an upscale international brand environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant hotel sales experience.
• Experience handling Rooms Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Travel, MICE, or Key Accounts.
• Strong understanding of the Jakarta corporate and business travel market.
• Experience with corporate accounts, travel agencies, TMCs, DMCs, and/or MICE clients is preferred.
• Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.

Position Summary

The Sales Manager - Rooms is responsible for driving room revenue and occupancy through effective sales strategies, account management, business development, and relationship building with key market segments.

The position focuses on developing corporate, government, travel trade, MICE, and other potential accounts to maximize room revenue while strengthening Pullman Jakarta Indonesia's market position and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant hotel sales experience, preferably in an upscale, luxury, or international hotel environment.
• Previous experience handling Rooms Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Travel, MICE, or Key Accounts.
• Strong understanding of the Jakarta corporate and business travel market.
