Job summary

Accor Hotels Indonesia is seeking a Sales Manager – Rooms to drive revenue and occupancy for the Jakarta property. You will lead account management, business development, and relationship building with corporate, government, travel trade, and MICE clients.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in upscale or international hotels, with strong knowledge of the Jakarta market and experience with corporate accounts and travel agencies. International-brand exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Rooms Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Travel, MICE, or Key Accounts is preferred.
• Experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.

SALES MANAGER – ROOMS

Position Summary

The Sales Manager – Rooms is responsible for driving room revenue and occupancy through effective sales strategies, account management, business development, and relationship building with key market segments.

The position focuses on developing corporate, government, travel trade, MICE, and other potential accounts to maximize room revenue while strengthening Pullman Jakarta Indonesia’s market position and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant hotel sales experience, preferably in an upscale, luxury, or international hotel environment.
• Previous experience handling Rooms Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Travel, MICE, or Key Accounts.
• Strong understanding of the Jakarta corporate and business travel market.
• Experience working with corporate accounts, travel agencies, TMCs, DMCs, and/or MICE clients is preferred.
• Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
