Job summary

Pullman Jakarta Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

You will drive service excellence, manage budgets, and collaborate with marketing to promote the restaurant. The role requires 5+ years in high-end restaurant management, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably luxury/fine-dining.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverage pairings is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, drive sales, and enhance profitability.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Oversee the overall restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service in line with Pullman Jakarta Indonesia’s brand guidelines.

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Ensure personalized and exceptional guest experiences, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain service standards through regular staff training and evaluations.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and events to attract new and repeat guests.
• Maintain the restaurant’s reputation and presence through digital platforms, social media, and partnerships.
