Job summary

PT Global Tiket Network invites an energetic MICE sales professional to identify and acquire new tour clients in Indonesia. You will design strategic sales plans, own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and act as the main contact to ensure top-tier service.

Travel for meetings and events is required, with a focus on expanding the offline travel and tours product line. The role necessitates a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four years of sales or business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Min 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in Offline Travel/Tours.
• Familiarity with the MICE industry (Tours), including event types, markets, and sales process.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new MICE (Tour) clients to meet sales targets.
• Design and implement strategic sales plans to grow customer base and market presence.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Serve as main client contact ensuring clear communication and high service quality.
