Role Description

Sales Manager – Social Event & Wedding is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar. This role is responsible for generating and managing sales for social events and wedding functions, including responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, conducting site inspections, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, event planners, and partners. The Assistant Sales Manager will coordinate closely with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution, monitor market trends, and contribute to sales strategies and promotional activities. Daily tasks include managing event pipelines, updating sales reports, negotiating packages within established guidelines, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.
