We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth by presenting automation and electrical solutions and by developing new customers. The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related fields, 1–3 years in automation/electrical sales, and a willingness to travel for business trips.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in automation/electrical sales.
• Basic understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA, electrical panels, and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Maintain good relationships with new/existing customers.
• Present automation and electrical solutions/products to customers.
• Prepare proposals and technical offers.
• Conduct site visits and customer meetings.
• Provide support, training, and development to customers.

Job description

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with strong communication, negotiation, and technical understanding in automation & electrical systems to support the company’s business growth.

• Identify and develop new customers in industrial/manufacturing sectors
• Maintain good relationships with new/existing customers
• Present automation and electrical solutions/products to customers
• Prepare proposals, and technical offers
• Conduct site visits and customer meetings
• Provide support, training, and development to customer
• Achieve sales targets set by the company
• Provide after-sales support and project follow-up
• Prepare regular sales activity reports

Education

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in automation/electrical sales is preferred

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of:

Preferred Qualifications

• Having an industrial customer database/network
• Experience handling factory automation projects
• Understanding of Modbus, MQTT, Ethernet/IP, and Profinet communication
• Experience working in a system integrator company is a plus
