Responsibilities

• Identify and reach prospective clients including corporates, travel agencies and event organisers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and continuity.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximise revenue.
• Present hotel facilities and services to prospective clients directly and virtually.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team in implementing promotional campaigns and various events.
• Handle the booking process, including contract preparation, booking confirmation, and fulfilling all client needs.
• Work closely with event organisers and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of conferences, meetings, and other events at the hotel.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client needs or issues and ensuring all requirements are met during their visit or stay.
