About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join PT Elang Bahagia Jaya in Jakarta and Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in driving our sales performance and revenue growth. As Sales Manager, you will lead and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious targets whilst maintaining strong customer relationships and expanding our market presence. This role is integral to the success of our organisation and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and market expansion
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse data, and prepare regular reports on sales activities and results
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance capabilities
• Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews with sales staff to support their professional development
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the customer base
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and objectives
• Manage sales budgets and resources effectively to maximise profitability and return on investment
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in sales management with at least 3-5 years of direct experience leading sales teams
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices within the sales industry
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve targets and deadlines consistently
• Knowledge of the local market in Tangerang, Banten, or similar regions is preferred
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is essential
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
