Job summary

Talent Insider, a rising HR consultancy in Indonesia, seeks a results-oriented sales professional to coordinate with departments and expand our contractor, MEP, and furniture client base in Jakarta. You will manage key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and build strong relationships to drive revenue.

You will monitor market trends, pitch products and services to new clients, and collaborate with other teams to develop new business programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• Preferably solid knowledge in Technical Science.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in contractor, MEP, or furniture sector / key accounts.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs; able to read CAD drawings.

Responsibilities
