Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales/business development/commercial roles with management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities to generate revenue via new acquisitions and retention.
• Lead and coach teams, recruit/train/retain suppliers, and drive strategy.
• Improve productivity and efficiency through best practices and process optimization.

Job Description:

• Identifying And developing Business Opportunities to Generate Revenue Through New Acquisitions And Retention.
• Working Effectively In A Team, And Providing Effective Leadership And Strategy By Identifying, Recruiting Training & Retaining New Suppliers.
• Continuously Coaching, Implementing And Developing Best Practise And Recommendations To Improve The Business Productivity And Effectiveness.
• Providing Recommendations To Improve Process Efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate major in a reputable university; post-graduate degree is a plus.
• At least 8 years of working experience in a sales-related / business development / commercial / category management role with management exposure Industry: retail or start-ups or FMCG.
• Or, if you have worked in start-up environment, you are also welcomed to apply.
• If you have experience in private label, that is a plus.
• Good leadership skill, be a team player and is able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
