Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales & marketing within property development.
• Strong experience in commercial property products (commercial kavling, ruko, retail, etc.).
• Target-driven with strong achievement orientation.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
