Job summary

PT Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia is hiring for a Marketing & Sales Administrator to identify new business opportunities, monitor market conditions, and drive strategic market entry within Jakarta area. You will manage branding, marketing materials, and customer satisfaction initiatives while coordinating with sales teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years in marketing/sales, strong copywriting and design coordination skills, and a valid personal vehicle for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing and/or sales capacity.
• Excellent innovative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe; experience with lead management systems.
• Ability to create and write copy for marketing materials; coordinate marketing material design.
• Own a personal vehicle; placement in Jakarta Area.

Responsibilities

• Administer the company marketing and sales function to identify and develop new opportunities within existing and new customers for products and services.
• Monitor, evaluate and report competitive market conditions; provide insight for openings to market and sell our products and services.
• Research, develop and execute strategies to identify market opportunities; assist in taking existing products into new markets, new products into existing markets and/or new markets.
• Manage and execute the brand image of the company.
• Prepare, issue, and deliver marketing materials including websites, sales collateral, graphics, exhibit properties, advertising, and promotional programs.
• Manage and operate within approved marketing budgets supporting overall business plan.
• Administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey; analyze and recommend actions.
• Organize and support sales and marketing reporting.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
• Target oriented to achieve unlimited sales incentive.
