Job summary

PT. Dinamika Dayamanunggal is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager in Tangerang to develop and execute sales strategies for warehouse and industrial properties.

You will expand into new markets, manage a sales team, and build relationships with key clients and investors. The role requires at least 5 years in property sales & marketing, including 2 years in a leadership position, and fluency in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields is required.
• 5+ years in property sales & marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written (HSK 4 or higher).
• Proven track record in opening new markets and driving growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies for warehouse and industrial property projects.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective sales strategies, expand into new markets, and accelerate business growth, particularly for warehouse and industrial property developments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies, particularly for warehouse and industrial property projects
• Translate business strategies into actionable sales plans to achieve revenue and sales targets
• Identify, develop, and penetrate new markets to expand the company's customer base and business opportunities
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance
• Identify market opportunities, target customers, and potential investors, including Chinese-speaking clients
• Develop pricing strategies, promotional programs, and effective sales channels
• Build strong relationships with property agents, brokers, investors, and corporate clients
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and marketing effectiveness
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property sales & marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written, with strong business communication skills (Min HSK 4)
• Proven experience in developing and successfully executing sales & marketing strategies, particularly for warehouse and industrial properties
• Demonstrated success in opening new markets, developing new customer segments, and expanding business opportunities
• Strong understanding of warehouse property markets, industrial estates, and commercial property sales
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and execution skills
• Established networks with corporate clients, investors, property agents, and brokers are highly desirable
• Proactive, analytical, target-oriented, and hands‑on
