Solusi Klik is seeking a proactive leader to steer a sales team focused on mini-competition procurements in government institutions. The role involves crafting strategies and bidding approaches compliant with LKPP and related rules, while guiding the team through every stage from opportunity identification to winner determination.

Lead and manage a sales team focused on handling mini competitions for procurement of goods/services in government institutions. Develop sales strategies and bidding approaches specific to mini competitions (e-purchasing/LPSE/e-katalog) in compliance with government regulations. Oversee the entire mini competition process from opportunity identification, proposal development, price and technical evaluation, to winner determination.
Lead and manage the sales team focused on mini competition procurement handling in government institutions
Develop sales strategies and bidding approaches specific to mini competitions (e-purchasing/LPSE/e-katalog) aligned with government regulations
Oversee the entire mini competition process from opportunity identification through proposal development, evaluation, and winner determination
Monitor team performance including targets, pipeline, win rate, and closing metrics; provide coaching, mentoring, and regular evaluation
Collaborate with internal teams (legal, procurement, finance, operations) to ensure document completeness and regulatory compliance
Build and maintain strategic relationships with government stakeholders, vendors, and relevant partners
Analyze government procurement trends and mini competition opportunities to improve win rates
Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations (LKPP, Perpres, and related rules)
Prepare regular team performance reports and project progress updates for management
Serve as primary problem solver for obstacles in mini competition processes or team performance
Minimum S1 education, preferably in Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years as a leader/supervisor
Understanding of government procurement processes and regulations (LKPP, Perpres Pengadaan, e-Purchasing) is a plus
Strong leadership capability; able to motivate, direct, and develop team members
Experienced working with targets and KPIs; able to develop strategies to achieve them
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, particularly in pricing determination and bidding strategy
Communicative, persuasive, with strong presentation skills
Detail-oriented and able to work under deadline pressure
Proficient in Ms. Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with LPSE/e-katalog systems is a plus
High integrity and understanding of business ethics, particularly in the government sector
