Job summary

PT Netmarks Indonesia (NMID) mencari kandidat untuk posisi penjualan IT yang bertanggung jawab membangun hubungan klien, mengembangkan peluang, serta mempromosikan solusi IT secara menyeluruh. Peran ini berjalan secara on-site di wilayah North Jakarta.

Kualifikasi mínima mencakup gelar Diploma/Bachelor, JLPT N2, dan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang fasih. Pengalaman menjual produk/layanan IT akan menjadi nilai tambah.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major.
• JLPT N2 or higher with Japanese communication.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience selling IT products/services is a plus.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
• Able to work on-site in North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Membangun hubungan kuat dengan klien, mitra, dan prinsipal.
• Mengembangkan peluang promosi dan penjualan solusi IT (hardware, software, layanan).
• Mengelola akun strategis secara konsultatif.
• Memberikan solusi IT sesuai kebutuhan klien bersama tim Engineering & Support.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Build strong relationship with clients, partners, principals.
• Develop opportunities in promoting and selling IT solutions and creating projects (hardware, software, and services).
• Aggressively develop and manage strategic accounts by using a consultative approach.
• Providing IT solutions tailored to Client's needs & pain-points together with Engineering & Support Team.
• Develop and execute sales plans including sales analysis, target achievement,
• Deliver sales strategy and business tactics by reading market trends and doing negotiations.
• Generate quotations and sales documentation.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Diploma or Bachelor from any major
• JLPT N2 or above with good Japanese communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Required skill(s): IT product marketing, IT business development, Sales, Sales Activities, Sales Presentation, Documentation.
• Highly motivated, able to work with target.
• Highly Resilient and eager to learn.
• Experienced in selling IT products/services or applications/solutions to various industries is a plus.
