PT Reycom Document Solusi (RDS) mengundang kandidat berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai Account Manager IT. Posisi ini fokus pada komunikasi klien, manajemen kontrak, dan pencapaian target penjualan di sektor pemerintah/keuangan.

Anda akan menjaga hubungan bisnis, menyetujui Change Orders serta invoicing, bekerja sama dengan tim proyek, dan memastikan proses berjalan sesuai standar sehingga proyek tetap menguntungkan. Lokasi di Jakarta pusat, kerja on-site.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana minimum di bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di penjualan IT, lebih disukai di sektor pemerintah/keuangan (B2B/B2G).
• Memiliki kemampuan menjual produk TI (software/hardware).
• Komunikasi persuasif dengan tindak lanjut cepat.
• Analitis kuat dengan kemampuan merencanakan ke depan.
• Mengelola akun/database yang pernah ditangani.
• Berkomitmen tinggi, mandiri, enerjik, cepat belajar, dan rapi.

Responsibilities

• Berkomunikasi dengan klien, penyelesaian konflik, dan kepatuhan terhadap deliverables serta pendapatan.
• Memiliki dan mengurus kontrak serta perpanjangan kontrak untuk pekerjaan baru pada klien existing.
• Mencapai target penjualan.
• Membangun dan mengelola hubungan bisnis di area pasar terpilih serta peluang bisnis baru.
• Menyetujui Change Orders dan faktur, serta bertanggung jawab atas penagihan.
• Mengkoordinasikan dengan tim proyek untuk memahami status proyek dan mengidentifikasi isu atau peluang.
• Memastikan semua proses berjalan sesuai standar mutu dan proyek tetap menguntungkan.
• Melaporkan aktivitas akun kepada Account Director secara rutin.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance with client deliverables and revenue.
• Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
• Achieve Sales Target.
• Establish and manage the business relationship in selected market areas and target new business opportunities.
• Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
• Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
• Reports to the Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1 (one) year of working experience preferably with IT sales experience in Government Sector or Financial, and Banking Sector (B2B / B2G)
• Have a good ability to sell IT Products (Software / Hardware)
• Communicate persuasively and follow through with actions and decisions with a sense of urgency.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
• Holding Accounts/Databases that have been handled
• Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self-driven.
• Energetic, fast learner & smart, Dress neatly
