Job summary

PT Reycom Document Solusi (RDS) mencari tenaga penjualan IT berpengalaman untuk Semarang. Anda akan menangani komunikasi klien, negosiasi, dan kepatuhan terhadap deliverables serta target pendapatan.

Peran ini mengelola kontrak, perpanjangan kontrak, persetujuan Change Orders, invoicing, dan kerja sama erat dengan tim proyek untuk menjaga status proyek serta memastikan implementasi proses berkualitas dan menguntungkan perusahaan.

Qualifications

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang penjualan IT (B2B/B2G)
• Mampu menjual produk IT (Software/Hardware) secara persuasif
• Mampu menganalisis dan merencanakan strategi penjualan

Responsibilities

• Bertanggung jawab atas seluruh komunikasi dengan klien, penyelesaian konflik, dan kepatuhan terhadap deliverables serta pendapatan klien.
• Mengelola kontrak dan perpanjangan kontrak untuk pekerjaan baru pada klien yang sudah ada.
• Mencapai target penjualan yang ditetapkan.
• Mengelola hubungan bisnis di wilayah pasar yang dipilih dan menargetkan peluang bisnis baru.
• Menyetujui Change Orders dan faktur, serta bertanggung jawab atas penagihan.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance with client deliverables and revenue.
• Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
• Achieve Sales Target.
• Establish and manage the business relationship in selected market areas and target new business opportunities.
• Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
• Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
• Reports to the Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Maximum 35 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1 (one) year of working experience preferably with IT sales experience in Government Sector or Financial, and Banking Sector (B2B / B2G)
• Have a good ability to sell IT Products (Software / Hardware)
• Communicate persuasively and follow through with actions and decisions with a sense of urgency.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
• Holding Accounts/Databases that have been handled
• Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self-driven.
• Energetic, fast learner & smart, Dress neatly
