PT MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA is seeking a proactive Sales Agent to join our Jakarta team. You will visit potential stores, educate and acquire new agents, and build strong relationships across the network.

Responsibilities include monitoring agent performance, executing targeted sales strategies, and expanding our retailer footprint. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales, good communication, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and motivation with a target-driven mindset.
• Analytical skills and ability to identify potential stores.
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel for reporting.
• Able to use a laptop and travel to stores.
