Job summary

MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA in Bali seeks a motivated entry-level Customer Service Representative to support consumer and partner inquiries, educate users, and assist with registration, acquisition, and sales tasks.

Ideal candidates have a D3/S1 degree, strong Bahasa Indonesia and good English, 50 WPM typing, and a service-oriented attitude. Vaccination against COVID-19 is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 degree in any major (GPA 2.75)
• Clear articulation and good communication in Bahasa
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in sales
• Typing speed 50 WPM and 90% accuracy
• Empathy and energetic attitude
• Vaccination with at least 2 doses
• Fresh graduate welcome, up to 2 years in same role
• Attention to detail
• Able to adapt to dynamic changes
• English with at least passive communication level

Responsibilities

• Guide our consumer and partners in using our products
• Manage service inquiries and disputes from consumers and partners
• Provide excellent customer service to consumers and partners
• Maintain relationships and community-building efforts with consumers and partners
• Support projects across registration, acquisition, and sales transactions
• Educate consumers and partners on products and promotions; troubleshoot when needed
• Resolve problems quickly and empathetically
• Perform administrative tasks for partner accounts (credit top-ups, changes, etc)

• Manage service enquiries and disputes arising from our consumer and partners
• Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partners base
• Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with our consumer and partners
• Support project from all verticals including registration, acquisition, and sales transaction.
• Educate consumers and partners on Company products, promotional campaigns, as cwell as troubleshooting when they have difficulties.
• To resolve consumers and partners problems quickly and effectively with empathy and care.
• Perform administrative tasks involving a partner's account (credit top-up, changes in partner, information, etc). Requirements:
