Job summary

PT. Dinamika Dayamanunggal is seeking energetic, motivated Sales Inhouse Property professionals to promote and sell Warehouses, residential houses, and commercial properties in Jakarta.

The role involves identifying buyers, presenting properties, site visits, and negotiating to close sales. You will build relationships with customers and agents, aim to hit monthly and annual targets, and participate in exhibitions and events across North Jakarta, West Jakarta, and Cengkareng, including weekends

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Experienced in property sales, particularly warehouses, residential houses, commercial properties, or other real estate projects.
• Proven ability to generate leads, follow up prospects, and close property sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the property market in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
• Self-motivated, proactive, confident, and target-oriented.
• Familiar with digital marketing and social media for property sales.
• Willing to work at project sites in North Jakarta, West Jakarta, and Cengkareng, including weekends when required.
