Waringin Warehouse is expanding its sales team and seeks a motivated professional to identify market opportunities and grow the client base in Jakarta. The role requires coordinating agents, developing strategies with the marketing team, and achieving sales targets while reporting to directors.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in marketing/management, at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English or Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing / management.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sales marketing / agent coordinator / business development, preferably in property.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client.
• Good organizational, time and project management skills.
• Able to mentor and lead team and encourage team to achieve their targets.
• Fluent in English or Mandarin, both oral and written.

Assist in negotiation in new projects (land acquisitions) or in sales.

Manages and coordinates real estate agents, executes sales strategies, and provides training and support to agents.

Monitors sales performance and ensures client satisfaction.

Works closely with the sales team to achieve company sales targets.

Reports directly to directors.

Requirements
