About the role We are seeking an experienced Sales Property Supervisor to lead our sales team in the Gresik District, East Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in driving sales target & performance, managing client relationships, and overseeing daily sales operations. The Supervisor will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing team whilst achieving ambitious sales targets. This role is based on-site in AKR GEM City (integrated area with JIIPE), Gresik District, East Java, where you will have direct responsibility for the sales operation and be instrumental in expanding AKR Land Development's market presence in the region.

What you'll be doing

Leading and supervising a team of sales representatives to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs

Managing client relationships and overseeing the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through to completion

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the Gresik market

Providing coaching, mentoring and support to sales team members to enhance their performance and professional development

Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantage

Preparing sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis for senior management

Maintaining detailed records of property viewings, inquiries and sales transactions

Building and nurturing relationships with property agents, investors and potential buyers

Ensuring compliance with company policies, sales procedures and legal requirements

Attending industry events and networking activities to promote AKR Land Development's properties

What we're looking for

Proven experience working as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar supervisory/management role within the property or real estate sector

Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently, especially in selling warehouse or commercial units.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members

In-depth knowledge of property sales processes, market dynamics and customer acquisition strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Proficiency in property sales software or CRM systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Knowledge of the Gresik District market or East Java property sector would be advantageous

Fluency in Mandarin and English Language (both written and spoken) is an advantages

A professional communication and approach to client service and a commitment to customer satisfaction

Valid vehicle driving license and willingness to travel within the region as needed

Willing to be placed in Manyar, Gresik
