Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required; strong communication skills for guest and team interaction.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans for Food and Beverage departments.
• Oversees all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations.
• Drives guest service culture and ensures brand service standards are met.
• Manages day-to-day operations and leads by example to deliver high quality service.
