Qualifications

• Develops and manages financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans for F&B.
• Oversees culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations.
• Leads and coaches the F&B team to maintain standards and service quality.
• Ensures exceptional customer service and handles guest concerns promptly.
