PT Takeda Indonesia is recruiting for a Senior Specialist in Sales Force Effectiveness and Commercial Excellence. Based in Jakarta, the role focuses on developing and executing SFE activities, CRM and BI initiatives, and omnichannel engagement to boost field productivity.

The successful candidate will lead data-driven analyses, collaborate with sales leadership and regional teams, and implement incentive and performance dashboards that drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, pharmacy, healthcare, analytics, information systems or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in SFE, commercial excellence, sales operations, business analytics, sales, marketing or related roles.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, BI/reporting tools; experience with Veeva, Power BI or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and change management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Implement segmentation and targeting strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Design and optimize territory planning and sales force sizing.
• Develop, maintain and improve SFE systems including CRM and BI platforms.
• Provide training and guidance to maximize user adoption of tools.
• Produce timely analyses and dashboards to measure KPIs and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Malaysia and Indonesia to harmonise processes.
